Who we are

What you share with us

We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and the information you submit with an order: the recipient, occasion, requested date, musical preferences, personal stories, messages, and special requests. You may also upload photos, documents, audio, or video.

We keep order details, previews and finished songs, revision requests, approvals, payment status and references, and communications about your order. Our hosting providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request logs, and use cookies for hosting, security, or sign-in.

How we use your information

We use this information to create lyrics and music, prepare previews, make revisions, deliver your song, send order and payment emails, match payments to orders, provide support, and protect the service. Song creation may include AI-assisted writing and music generation.

Services involved in your order

• Square handles payment checkout. NORAA Music receives payment information needed to manage your order, but our website does not collect or store your full card number.
• Resend sends transactional emails, using your email address and the order information included in those messages.
• OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide website hosting and storage for order records and files.
• OpenAI / ChatGPT and Suno may be used to help write lyrics and generate songs. Relevant story details, names, and lyrics may be entered into these tools as part of production.

These providers process information under their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable account settings. Their retention and use of information may differ from ours. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to address fraud or protect the service.

Your story and public samples

We ask for separate permission before featuring your song, personal story, photos, or testimonial in public samples or marketing. Placing an order does not grant that permission.

Private customer access

Your order email address and private access code are used to access your order. Keep the code private: someone with both may be able to view your order and available song files. Contact us if you believe your access details have been exposed.

Order Studio access is restricted to authorized administrators. We use access controls to protect order information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Downloads and retention

Your final song download window lasts 30 days from when your balance is confirmed and the finished song is ready. The customer page shows the expiration date. Save a copy to your own device before that date; expiration does not affect a copy you already downloaded.

Download expiration does not automatically delete your song, reference uploads, order details, or correspondence. We currently do not have a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Records and files may remain for order support, recordkeeping, disputes, and legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion; we review requests manually and may need to retain some records for those purposes.

Share only what your song needs

Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or unnecessary medical or other sensitive information. Only share other people’s details and files when you have permission to do so.

Our service is intended for adult purchasers. Adults may order songs for children; please provide only the details needed for the song. Contact us if you have concerns about a child’s information.

Questions and privacy requests

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email yoursong@noraamusic.com with your order number, if available. Do not include your private access code in your initial message. We may ask for information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest update.
