NORAA Music
Refund & cancellation policy
Effective October 15, 2026 · For orders placed on or after this date
Each song is made especially for you. One custom song costs $30: a $15 deposit to begin and a $15 balance before final download. Please review these terms before paying.
Before production begins
You may cancel for a full refund before production begins. Production means we have started custom lyric writing, music creation, or other creative work for your order. Receiving your order or payment alone does not mean that creative work has begun.
After production begins
The $15 deposit is nonrefundable once production begins because custom work has started. If you cancel at this stage, any final balance paid in advance will be refunded. The exceptions below still apply.
Review before you approve
You can listen to your preview and request changes before approving the song and paying the remaining $15. Please check names, pronunciation, personal details, and the overall song before selecting “Approve song.”
After approval and final delivery
Once you have approved your song and the final song has been delivered, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind or personal preference. Final delivery means the finished song has been made available for you to download after full payment is confirmed.
Payment or delivery problems
If there is a duplicate charge, failure to deliver, or a defective or incorrect file, contact us so we can correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
How to request cancellation or help
Email yoursong@noraamusic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For cancellation requests, we review whether production had begun when your request was received. Requests are reviewed manually; submitting a request does not automatically cancel the order or issue a refund. Please do not send your card details or private tracking code.
Save your finished song
Final downloads are available for 30 days once your balance is confirmed and the finished song is ready. Save a copy to your device before the download window ends. Contact us if you have trouble downloading your file.
